Decent stay facilities with decent rooms.

Room very close to Patong beach and walking distance from main area. Walking distance to Indian veg restaurants, shopping malls, 7/11 stores etc. Room size was as per expectations. Availability of hot water all day was added advantage

Room had less lighting. More lighting would be better, as its on inner side and not sea facing. Lack of properly English Speaking staff. No utensils such as bowls, knife available to eat. Cleaning staff / engineers available only during specific time.

In overall everything very ok, nice bathroom, nice bed, very clean, good location

just that the sink in the room is not functioning, and little ants appeared even without food at the cabinet

A decent place to stay for a couple days to enjoy your time in Phuket. I would recommend this hotel, and would stay agai

Excellent location, the bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was good. Great budget hotel. .

When I asked for additional towels, I was told no. I had to wait until the next day to get a fresh towel. Our towels fell to the bathroom floor. Our towels were soaking wet.

Stay with friends , we stay separate building one building is new ,another one is so old and not comfortable, my room wasn't clean , toilet door was broken , I stayed on 3rd floor and have no lift and hotel's telephone can't contact so when I have problem I have to walk down and walk up to 3rd floor , If your main phone can't contact why don't you find some Mobile phone for conviniene of clients? You should fix about it. Hotel should add detail about the room has 2types new and old room

Disappointed

Excellent location,walking distance to the beach,food markets, restaurants, mall etc.Tour desks and 7/11 are just a few steps away.Theres an Atm and money exchange closeby.Comfortable bed,clean linen,hot shower.Cute chill area/coffee bar at reception.Nice play area,if ur travelling with kids.

The AC leaked continuously.I informed the front desk, they sent someone to wipe the floor and did nothing further.The leak was so bad that if I got out of bed, I stepped into water.It was too hot to turn off the AC completely..they didn't bother to check again.Also, I heard another guest complaining of the same,so they were well aware of this issue.The bathroom sink taps were grimey.The water after a shower just stayed on the floor all day.Front desk staff could be friendlier...mostly had their head down.Really unfortunate as the location was amazing.

great location, under 100m to beach, very friendly staff, borrow towels free of charge, good wifi in room, nice pool on 4th floor, good air conditioning, very comfortable and huge bed (couple room) , good restaurants nearby, great start for our thailand holidays, 10/10

Couldnt fault this property, the dorms were clean and cosy and the facilities were in good working condition. The staff were very friendly and easy to speak to, ended up extending my stay it was that good. Beach is visible from the hostel and is a 5 min walk away, and the main party street of Patong is a 5 min walk away so youre close to it but not close enough to always hear the music. The rooftop pool was very nice as well, / reccomend

Hotel personnel was very friendly and kind, always saying "Hi" and asking if we needed anything. Location of the hotel is perfect, everything you need is close by. You can walk 2 minutes and hit the beach. There is a food market(open day and night) exactly in front of the hotel. An exchange office and supermarket are also close by(exit the hotel and make a right, walk to the street corner and make a left and you're there). Famous Bangla road is a comfortable 8 minutes walk away.

Very nice hotel, modern, clean and new which sets it apart from all the others. The location is great with bangla road approx 5minute walking distance(10 if your a slow walker like me) Setting this hotel that level ahead once again is the staff, lovely team with knowledgable info, honesty and a high level of English all while. Very patient and always willing to go out of their way for myself and other guests I had noticed.

Convenient and New. The family room is gargantuan with good number if in room facilities. Friendly and efficient staff! Called to fix the toilet and the next minute the staff is already fixing the toilet.

The location is amazing as it's very close to the beach and just walking distance to Bangla walking street..the staff of this hotel are friendly and very helpful in everything...I would def come again n stay in this hotel..️

Location is perfect. Literally 2 minutes walk from the beach and plenty of food around plus a row of massage shops just downstairs. One of my co -workers hurt her foot during one of the tours. The hotel staff went above and beyond to find a nearby clinic, made sure we got a ride to and fro and even escorted her back to her room on the 3rd floor (or was it 2nd)!
